The role will report to the Senior Customer Enablement manager and have a strong links to our Regional marketing and sales teams.
This will be as well as engaging with customers online through our virtual shopping appointments and building your own client book through clientelling.
Write help files and documentation for new features and functionality, as well as maintaining historical documentation where necessary.
They will be reporting to the Head of International Sales and will be required to manage the team’s pipeline as well as their own.
