Our client are a North West based contractor, specialising in industrial and commercial refrigeration systems and require an experienced engineer that would be capable of servicing and commissioning a wide range of cooling equipment.The Ideal Candidate: * Candidates must have excellent understanding of general commercial refrigeration, refrigeration packs, chilled water systems and close control, split and VRF air conditioning systems. * Significant experience working as a mobile senior service engineer within the industry. * Must hold a City and Guilds 2079 F-Gas qualification. * Ideally holds an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. * A full UK driving license. * Good organisation, communication and customer service skills. * The willingness and desire to help and advise other service engineers and apprentices to help in the development of their knowledge and skills.The Role: * The role would generally be in the North West of England & North Wales but occasionally further afield, attending national service call outs and maintenance visits. * Carrying out pre planned maintenance, attending service calls, diagnosing and repairing faults with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in commercial and industrial settings. * You will be required to cover an out of hours on call service on a rota basis for which all overtime worked on would be paid at double time. * Provide technical support to other engineers and training of apprentices. * Reporting of recommendations to management would be expected.Package: * Competitive Salary (37.5 hour week) * Door to door travel pay * Ongoing training and development * Company van, ipad/tablet, * 20 days holiday + bank holidays * Great amount of overtime
