Managing the team to include objective setting, KPI’s, SLA’s. Execution of multiple department improvement projects. Review and processing of staff expenses.
This is a leadership role which will provide you with exposure to all areas of the business and relevant regulations. Experience with Looker is a bonus.
Some weekend work will be required, but you will know dates for this well in advance, and be given time off in lieu during the weekdays.
