Depending on the client engagement, the role may involve up-selling customers to longer terms or additional services and/or identifying potential expansion opportunities. By cultivating relationships with the customer base, this role is also responsible for capturing valuable customer feedback and will likely execute routine health checks leading up to the Renewal event. Additionally, the Renewal Rep is responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online, and updating/maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.ResponsibilitiesAchieve your quota by selling product/service renewals for some of the most recognized technology companies, may offer upsell opportunities when applicableCapture customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and abandonment propensity via qualitative feedback and quantitative measurement, “Voice of the Customer”Work within an established customer and own a dedicated territoryDevelop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecastAcquire invaluable experience updating and managing your opportunity pipeline in the latest CRM technologyWork proactively, well in advance of product renewal date to provide all the information, pricing, etc that a customer would need in order to execute a timely renewalConduct routine Health Checks in advance of the renewal date and capture health status of account in order to ensure a timely renewalCollaborate with other team members and management to optimize sales processesIdentify lead generation opportunities in order to expand the territory and drive upsellsHigh volume of customer contacts through phone and email each dayEffectively partner and build relationships with external clientsManage basic objection handling with customersQualificationsMinimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or sales capacity requiredCollege degree preferredAbility to work in a fast paced environment requiredWorking knowledge in Microsoft Excel and OutlookAptitude to learn new technology is requiredMust be able to apply product knowledgeMust have excellent communication skills (verbal, written)Excellent organizational and time management skillsCompetenciesHighly competitive; goal & achievement orientedDesire to achieve results and advance through a fast growing organizationPossess highly effective verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to form strong business relationshipsDiscipline around following processesAbility to solve complex problemsCustomer focused mentalitySuccessful behaviors include:AssertivePersistent and resilientConfidentOrganizedHighly engaging and sociable
