Part of the BioProduction (BPD) Division, the team in Cramlington produce our range of Single-Use Technologies (SUT) which are typically used by biopharma companies around the world for drug development. We produce more than 3,500 products for our growing customer base and have been producing these products at Cramlington since 1997. Sales Support Co-ordinator - Cramlington We are recruiting for Sales Support Co-ordinators at the Cramlington site to establish and maintain successful relationships with customers by taking full responsibility for all interactions, by telephone and email, to ensure their requirements are fully met. The role:Order entry and order managementProcessing quotes and managing quotation renewalsProcessing returnsProblem resolution and invoice queriesResolving delivery issues and following tracking procedures to ensure on time deliveriesProviding customers with regular order status updatesThe person:General standard of education – GCSE or equivalentExtensive experience in order management and customer support roles, ideally within manufacturing/distributionExperience developing customer relationshipsGerman speaker preferred, but not essential Strong attention to detail with high standard of computer literacyExceptional problem-solving skillsFlexibility to deal with multiple tasks and changes37.5 hours per week, 9.00am-5.00pmSalary: Depending on experience circa £23K
