Sales Support Administrator

You will need adaptable skills with a willingness to take ownership of these vital functions in the company.A small but well established company who are expanding rapidly and are recruiting for an office administrator to support the UK sales team.The duties include:· Order processing, despatching and invoicing· Producing quotes for customersSending samples out· Sales and finance reporting· Stock reporting including ownership of reorder levels and customer forecast management· Extensive customer service, being the first point of contact for customers· Monitoring stock levels· Producing reportsSome elements of accounting such as invoicing and chasing paymentYou must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and give examples of taking ownership of key functions within a business.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team with big plans for the future and the potential to expand.
