An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Office Administrator to join our client’s team based in Glossop. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis andin return, you will receive a competitive salary of £17,500 - £19,000 per annum. As their Sales Office Administrator, you will cover your own geographical area, handle sales calls/enquiries and work as part of a team to maximise your area’s order intake figures.  You will also provide support to the Sales Office Manager and will assist customers on all products manufactured and supplied by our client, whilst offering the highest level of customer service possible. Responsibilities of the Sales Office Administrator: - Handling and pricing sales enquiries - Liaising with the Building Service Managers - Offering excellent levels of customer service, achieving customers’ needs, whilst being aware of costs and all other implications - Undertaking stock checks on SAP - Liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items - Processing and checking all orders scheduled within your area - Helping to meet daily budgets for your own geographical area - Communicating with transport, ensuring that the customer receives the order on time and in full - Efficiently processing complaints, returns and credit requests - Raising quotations - Ensuring the quotation database is updated Closing date for applications: Friday 16th April 2021 Do you have the skills that our client is looking for?  Are you ready for a new challenge?
