Sales Negotiator Permanent Bradford Salary dependant on experience I am currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a reputable Lettings organisation based in Bradford on a permanent basis to start immediately. Ideally property experience would be required but not essential for the role and would be a great opportunity for someone that would like to get into the Lettings Industry! Duties and Responsibilities * First point of contact for clients * Showing tenants around properties aiming to bring them on board with the agency * Building and maintaining strong working relationships * Booking appointments and arranging meetings * Drawing up contracts and tenancy agreements * Promoting properties through media * Working towards strict targets and deadlines * Explaining processes and regulations to clients * Taking responsibility for a particular geographical area * Building a strong client base in that area * Making sure administrative records are kept up to date Key Skills Required * Property experience would be desirable but not essential * Exceptional communication skills * Confident and able to promote the business professionally * Friendly and personable * Flexible and a high work ethic * Keen eye for detail and good organisation skills * Must have a driving licence- the role will mainly be out on the road * Able to build and maintain strong working relationships and excellent customer service skills Interviews are being held immediately!
