Sales Coordinator

As a result of continued demand for our services, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our existing Coordinator Team based in our office in Selby. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £19,000 per annum. Please note, we are strictly following government guidance to make our work and workplace COVID-secure. You will possess persuasive techniques to encourage customer to purchase and you’ll utilise writing skills to assist and prepare tender returns. Responsibilities as our Sales Coordinator: - Develop client relationships by welcoming and engaging both new enquiries and existing customers that are directed to the Sales Office- Capture sales information from inbound enquiries and customer contact via telephone/email- Daily contact with Area Sales Managers to support them with customer requests- Proactively follow-up sales calls to close quotes to achieve individual sales targets- Use good numeracy skills to prepare quotations- Formulate tender returns in collaboration with Area Sales Manager(s), utilising existing business systems, MS Word, Excel and other Microsoft programmes. Ensuring that accuracy is achieved, and output meets with our customers expectations.- Enter and update all Leads, Opportunities, quotations and orders onto CRM system- Provide information on pricing, services and delivery times- Liaise with other departments to ensure that customer requests are completed, or information is found and forwarded to the customer- Sourcing as required 3rd party pricing from suppliers and other business partners What we’re looking for in our Sales Coordinator: - Passionate – celebrates wins, inspires others- Curious – eager to learn & contribute- You will be resourceful and trustworthy- Have excellent organisation skills, and the ability to multi-task.
