You have worked across at least one of the construction/ facilities management/ utilities / real-estate sectors for a minimum of 2 years.
Must have experience working in Commercial/ Industrial projects along with being able to quickly learn new specialist skill.
Dealing with incoming maintenance calls. Dealing with enquires from residents. Liaising with and supporting contractors.
BSc essential in a construction related discipline. Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. Prepare and agree final accounts.
