CLIENT VANRATH are currently in the market for a junior to mid-level SHEQ Advisor to join our client’s regional team. You’ll be working for one of the UK & Ireland’s largest utilities company who are growing their presence in Northern Ireland. Our client’s purpose is to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy, through reduced energy consumptions and more environmentally-friendly solutions. If you’re interested in working in an open, caring, bold and demanding environment then this is the SHEQ role for you.ResponsibilitiesSupport the company in the operation of company systems ISO standards covering the effective management of quality, health, safety and environments.Understand, adhere and implement the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure full compliance to Approved Codes of Practice and legislation.Carry out pre-planned site audits to ensure compliance providing feedback via the company’s reporting system.The Ideal PersonFrom a technical perspective you’ll be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma/ Certificate in H & S and have relevant experience of working as part of a SHEQ team.
