We are hiring!!The company is looking for a Roofing Supervisor / Surveyor to join their team. You will be provided with transport for your role. This job will suit a roofer off the tools who has good communication skills and excellent roofing knowledge to deal with their clients and also surveying private work, tracking leaks and and providing quotations.They are growing their private work and so you will also be attending booked appointments to survey roofs, identifying leaks and measuring up projects and helping to deliver the works. This element will be bonus based so the more accepted work the more you earn. You will need good customer care skills.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Ensuring that the roofing teams have materials and skips on site and order when needed Update photos to the portals Report to the manager and attend a weekly meeting Managing the sites and ensuring RAMS are followed and toolbox talks givenSalary and other details:Basic salary of  £30k-40k per/annumCompany Van will be providedFurther ongoing training will be provided SSSTS and a CSCS card essential for this jobAbout the CompanyThe company is a leading roofing specialist consistantly meeting targets for big strategic projects with Mulalley, Morgan Sindal, Berkeley Homes, Wates and Osborne amongst others.They have a dedicated and skilled team of roofers with more than 20 years’ experience working in both the domestic and commercial roofing sectors.
