Contracts Manager – New BuildExperienced Roofing professional based in and around Maidstone looking for your next career opportunity?This could be just the role for you!What’s on offer? * Starting salary up to c.£40,000 based on experience * Company Car * Company Laptop * Company Phone * Excellent benefits package including commission * Career progression opportunities within a market leaderThe RoleManaging a number of sites across the Maidstone surrounding areas, you will manage New Builds and refurb projects from start to finish, overseeing a team of site managers and operatives.Focusing upon delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard, you will be client facing and hold responsibility for representing the business externally.You will conduct pre-start meetings, manage HSE on site and oversee the delivery of numerous projects.You will further the development of the business externally through developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing sites and play an active role in the commercial development of the business.The Successful Candidate (Essential) * Significant Site/Project/Contracts Management and Commercial experience within New Build and refurb work * Able to commit to a fulltime permanent position covering a wide geographical region.Note: Zone Recruitment endeavour to respond to all applicants, however, due to application volume sometimes this is not possible.
