A vacancy has arisen for a Roofing Assessor, to work on a permanent full-time basis, starting ASAP.This role is homebased, where the suitable candidate will manage their own diary.Role OverviewThis role will involve travelling around to different locations across Greater Manchester, to visit learners on apprenticeships. You will manage a caseload of approximately 45 learners, aged 16-18, all of whom are completing their new Roofing apprenticeship standards. Your tasks will be to undertake site observations, learner reviews, signing up new learners as well as Health & Safety Audits.You will be provided with an iPad and mobile phone and your travel expenses will be paid at 45p per mile.Salary & Benefits * The salary for this position will range from £22,000 to £32,000 * Travel expenses paid at 45p per mile * College Holidays, plus closure days and Bank Holidays * Free parking * Gym membership * Access to free degree courses and funded qualificationsTo be considered, suitable candidates will need to meet the following criteria: * Roofing Qualification * An Assessors Award (e.g. A1, CAVA, TAQA) * An Internal Verifier Award * A Teaching Qualification (PTLLS or willingness to work towards one)If you are interested in this position, then please apply via the link.
