Resourcing Adviser (part time)We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Adviser to join our expanding Resourcing team on a part-time basis to job share with the existing Resourcing Adviser.  You will support across the Arrow Global Group running effective recruitment campaigns to meet business resourcing requirements with a key focus on contact centre recruitment. Providing a great candidate experience through regular communications and great processes. Developing talent pools of talent for future vacancies. Identify and deliver best selection process based on volume and business needs, including developing and running assessment centres. You will support both the resourcing manager and resourcing partner to deliver a great service both to candidates and internal stakeholders. On a day to day basis you will be conducting a range of activities including sourcing, CV screening, telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews with support from the resourcing coordinator. The role will require some travel across the UK & Ireland as required.The role can be based at any of our UK office’s combined with home working.  Due to the current Pandemic this will initially be a home-based role. Some travel across the UK & Ireland as required. Hours of work and days to be agreed and discussed for the role however it must include a Friday.What will you be doing?Accountable for delivery of all Collections and Recoveries recruits across UK & IrelandWork closely with senior business stakeholders and HR to determine current and future business resource requirementsTake recruitment briefs from hiring managers for their current vacancies and use expertise and market insight to challenge where necessaryDesign and implement appropriate direct sourcing strategiesWrite compelling job adverts and other content to drive applicationsScreen candidates to produce shortlists and make recommendations to hiring managersAdvise and guide both candidates and hiring managers through the interview processConduct telephone interviews and arrange face to face interviewsManage both offers and rejections to candidates in a candidate centric mannerWork with the Resourcing Partner to define the UK & Ireland -wide attraction strategy, finding new innovative tools and supporting continuous improvementDrive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as requiredIs this you?Proven track record in leading and delivery of contact centre recruitment campaigns is essentialExperience of recruiting across a variety of roles within a Contact Centre environment including support functions with end to end recruitment activities sifting, telephone interviews, interviews/assessments, offer management and onboardingProven track record of candidate and stakeholder management and engagementAbility to take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle from advertising to offer stageInterpret campaign performance to resolve challenges and improve recruitment campaignsVast experience of using a variety direct sourcing approachAdvertising vacancies through a variety of channels, LinkedIn, indeed etcExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working within a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skillsWhy Arrow Global?Arrow Global Group is a leading European investor and asset manager in the non-performing and non-core assets sector.
