LAW Absolute is currently recruiting for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a prominent regional law firm on a permanent basis. The role will be based in Surrey. This role offers fantastic progression prospects with the opportunity of becoming Head of Department with time. The successful candidate will be required to carry a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including help to buy and new builds, deal with re-mortgages, transfers of equity and tenancy agreements. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive and have residential property experience. Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
