The successful Residential Conveyancing Assistant will join a busy, friendly team supporting the running of a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Subject to skill set, day to day duties will include assisting with file set up, sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, and the raising and checking of searches. Legal Assistants will benefit from a structured internal training programme and work closely with experienced team members.
