The company specialises in providing residential care and support for individuals over the age of 15 with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury and mental health needs. They provide support to whatever level is needed on a day to day basis, including personal care where necessary. The aim is to promote the individual's independence and enable them to achieve their goals. As a Support Worker you will help individuals to make their own choices and support them to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g. cooking, cleaning, shopping, going to the gym, days out, leisure activities. Their well-being will be at the centre of everything you do. The role will be in one of the company's small (maximum six bed) homes across Cardiff and Barry.
