Renewable Energy Operations Manager

The Little Green Energy Company (TLGEC) are the premier consultancy, design and installation team in the Kent & South East region.Having been in business for over 10 years we are constantly growing and developing our business model and market share.Due to current growth forecasts and as part of our strategic development, we are looking for an Operations/Project Manager to lead our Operational function and develop it to the next level.Progression and development opportunities are abundant at TLGEC and we are looking for people who want to be part of journey as the company goes from strength to strength.Candidates should have the relevant and transferrable skill sets to cover the following duties -·        Coordinate resources to ensure installations are adequately staffed and installation teams are as efficient and effective as possible.·        Oversee delivery teams to maintain Health and Safety, financial and quality standards.·        Manage performance, productivity, and attendance records of team.·        Ensure accurate and complete cost coding of all payables on a daily/weekly basis including review, sign-of.·        Set, obtain, and monitor installation goals to improve efficiency of operations.·        Be aware of upcoming problems and keep Management informed.·        Promote and enforce company policies and values.·        Create processes aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.·        Report relevant KPI’s to Management·        Quality control of installations·        Oversee project co-ordinators, to drive project delivery efficiency and record project status updates for KPI and WIP reporting·        Work with project managers to maintain open lines of communication regarding matters concerning project budget, productivity, change orders, variations, quality control and customer satisfaction.·        Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of all installation activities.·        Maintain and control Regional delivery capacity.·        Pre-project, during and aftercare of clients·        Relationship management of sub-contractors·        Compile statistical data of work in progress and prepare daily and weekly reports for Management.·        Oversee procurement and manage inventory levels of solar and electrical supplies.·        Maintaining stock to ensure delivery.·        Keeping stock lean to maximise cash flow.·        Stock reporting and forecasting·        Relationships with suppliers·        Logistics·        Managing the Warehouse supervisor·        Driving innovative delivery and stocking models·        Balancing customer expectations with delivery capacity. Salary/package based upon experience, qualifications and fit for the roleCandidates must live within a daily commutable distance from our offices based in Marden, Kent.
