Regional Sales Manager – Heating & VentilationJob Title: Regional Sales Manager – Heating & VentilationIndustry Sector: M&E Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Ducting, Ventilation, Heat Recovery, IAG, Extractor Fans, Electrical wholesalers, Plumbing & Heating merchants and H&V wholesalersArea to be covered: London & Southern half of South EastRemuneration: £52,000 with opportunity to earn £90,000 OTEBenefits: Fully expensed car + full benefits packageThe role of the Regional Sales Manager Heating & Ventilation will involve: * Field sales man management role, promoting a manufactured range of ventilation equipment including; ducting, extractor fans, MEV and MVHR (mechanical ventilation & heat recovery) * You will be responsible for three field sales professionals across the region * Inheriting and area that has been over achieving against budget expectations * Currently the vast majority of the area’s turnover is ducting associated, one of your objectives is to increase the percentage of mechanical ventilation and heat recovery product sales * Coaching and mentoring field sales team to enable them to achieve budget of circa £9m * Focussing on commercial projects such as student accommodation and high rise residential apartments * Typical project sizes from £10,000 to 300,000 (average £150,000) * Majority of field sales team’s time will be spent stimulating demands for ventilation portfolio with M&E contractors, small percentage with national builders merchants and national electrical wholesalers (100% of orders fulfilled via distribution)The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Heating & Ventilation with: * Must have a proven track record in man management * Heating and Ventilation associated industry backgrounds only * Technical ability * Consultative in style * Excellent mentoring and coaching ability * Contacts within heating, mechanical or M&E contractors preferred * Preferable some knowledge of the distribution channel with either national builders merchants or national electrical wholesalers * Ideally sold ventilation products such as ducting, fans and heat recovery unitsThe Company: * Est. 40 years+ * Circa £15m turnover * Approx. 50 employees * Part of a larger groupWhilst we will always endeavour to respond to you, due to the high levels of applications we receive this isn’t always possible.
