Deliver change control as required to meet the contracts business standards including process, policy & procedures.
To manage any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements e.g. linen, pest control.
Pest control: 1 year (preferred). Full Time- 37 hours a week- permanent contract. 52 weeks per year with 23 days paid annual leave, plus bank holidays.
Ensure that contractors are supervised in accordance with company procedures e.g. tree surgery, pest control, gritting etc.
