Receptionist/Switchboard, Up to £23k, Huddersfield Your new companyThis growing organisation based on the outskirts of Huddersfield are looking for a receptionist/switchboard candidate to join their successful team due to expansion.Your new roleIn your job working reception and switchboard, your core duties will consist of: Operating a busy switchboard with 6 active linesMeeting and greeting visitors to the companyGathering information from callers in order to divert them to the most appropriate departmentDiary managementGeneral office maintenance including station ordersAd hoc duties as required You will work as part of a team but will be the primary person in the team navigating reception and switchboard. This role is based in the office and is full time. What you'll need to succeedYou will have several years of recent experience in a reception role where you have managed a busy switchboard.
