Respond to alarm calls and assist patients when appropriate. Issue and receive keys and security passes as required. Undertake helpdesk cover if required.
Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms as appropriate. Conduct external and internal security patrols. Investigate the cause of all fire alarm activations.
Repair and maintenance of security systems, such as access control, CCTV and alarms. Sound knowledge of the security industry.
To respond to any alarm calls including Ramtech alarm system (full training will be provided). To maintain security log in a proper and factual fashion.
