Receptionist

The receptionist has the unique responsibility of making a good first impression, which can impact the success of the company for a long time.The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the activity of the company is performed in an effective and efficient manner.Responsibilities- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages- Pick up and deliver the mail- Maintain the HR filing system- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies- Provide word-processing and secretarial support- Organize travels and maintain travels expenses- Keep weekly and monthly track of expenses- Give support to other departments (administration, HR, accounts, ...) on administrative tasksMain Activities- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required- Greet all visitors and the office personnel to the building in a friendly and a sincere manner- Assist and/or direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers- Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures- Fill a minor security role by monitoring access to the building by visitors- Perform clerical duties in order to maintain company facilities- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipmentOur offer- Salary: 15.256,77 euros gross/year- Full time shift: 39 hrs/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00- Real possibility to grow within the company- International working environmentRequirements- Native level of Spanish- Fluent in English- Ability to adapt in a changing workplace- Responsibility- Ability to learn and further develop professionally- Accuracy and attention to detail- Analytical skills- Computer literacy- Conflict resolution skills- Creativity and innovation- Customer service- Discretion and tact- Integrity and credibility- Interpersonal communication skills- Listening skills- Negotiation skills- Organizational skills- Planning skills- Problem solving skills- Public relations skills- Team participation- Time management skills- Written communication skills***The recruitment processes and people involved in them (both recruiters and Project Managers) will not discriminate any candidacy because of age, disability, ethnic, marital status, gender, nationality, ideology, politic, race, religion and sexual orientation.***
