Candidate profile (title) WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Candidate profile (text) - Default language •Good knowledge and understanding of KPI's used for success measures for own function and business.•Preferably experience of multinational companies •Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel•Excellent ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English •Proven experience of working as a first level management assistant •Experience of multi-tasking situations with tight deadlines •Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters •Excellent ability to organise and steer projects and work with people. •Analytical skills Key responsibilities (title) WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Key responsibilities (text) •Be a proactive business partner to the Real Estate cluster organization, closely connected to the business, by providing administrative support in relation to management tasks and contribute to a better performance of the business and ultimately a better customer experience•Ensure simple and effective ways of working when organising, co-ordinating and supervising the business processes, such as document archiving, collecting data and prepare reports.Enable speed and quality in the internal communication involving organisational matters being of contact person within the cluster about figures and data reported and administrative support and deal with general enquires.•Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and securing competence in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance and for making optimal decisions.•Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner at a country level.•Use the understanding of how information is applied today, to determine the future needs of reporting at unit level.
