Working under the supervision of New Holland Basildon Tractor plant’s Warehouse manager, the Reach Truck Forklift Operator will be required to transport material around the facilities in the plant while complying with safety regulations. The Reach Truck Forklift Operator will need to ensure that the material and products will always be delivered to the appropriate location in a timeley manner to achieve maximum efficiency in the procution of the New Holland tractors.Key Responsibilities:Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and deliver these to the assigned locationsLocate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipmentIdentify damages and report shortages or quality deficienciesTransport raw materials to production workstationsInspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenanceKeep updated records of inventory and activity logsComply with company policies and safety regulations Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilitiesRequirements and Qualifications:Proven experience as a forklift operator in both Reach and Counterbalance discipline Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipmentValid certificate to operate on Reach Truck forkliftsMust be able to work aloneMust be flexible and versatileWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday: 14.45 – 23.45Friday: 10.45 – 15.45Willingness to work overtime and weekends (overtime paid rates)Benefits:25 Days Holidays + Bank HolidaysLate shift allowancePrivate Health care schemeCompetitive salary sacrifice pension schemeOn site canteen service
