Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will identify and mitigate legal risk, draft, and negotiate legal documents and work on high-risk matters.

Working with a diverse property portfolio, providing competent risk assessments and advice on site. Auditing fire, health and safety site management systems.

You must ensure that health and safety legislation is being complied with at all times and work is being completed in accordance to the set schedule.
