Preparation of interim valuations / CVRs and final accounts, including all supporting information for materials on site, variations and measurement.
Preferably with a background in materials handling. Produce a comprehensive list of parts and materials required for the proposed machine preparation work.
Strong knowledge of Heavyside and Timber building materials. Successful track record within the construction supply sector.
Operation of heavy construction equipment an advantage. Experience of construction equipment technology would be preferred. Experience as a site surveyor.
