Quantity Surveyor - A key aspect of the role will be to validate, test and have the confidence to negotiate and finalise work orders with contractors.
The majority of the work is for housing associations within the West and East Midlands and will be mainly office based but will involve site visits when needed.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
