Amery Construction are are looking for an earthworks Quantity Surveyor to join their site team based in Leeds.The successful candidate will be Degree/HND qualified in a quantity surveying discipline with a minimum 2 years post grad experience including knowledge of NEC forms of contract. They will possess demonstrable commercial acumen and professional literacy Professional membership at Associate level working towards Chartered status will be actively encouraged. The Role will include:• Cost - Value Reconciliations • Cost Reporting• Applications for Payment• Notifying and Assessing Change Events • Client correspondence and liaison• Risk Register Management• Procurement and Supplier Management • Forecasting and Estimating • Assisting with future tendersReporting directly to the site based Commercial Manager.
