Apple Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Inspector for housing public sector housing client based in Craigavon.This post is temporary initially for 3 months with possible extensions. 37 hours per week, mon-fri 9am-5pm.This role closes on the 6th of November. Please note the successful candidate will need to complete an access NI before starting.The main duties of the role will be quality inspection in technical, advisory, control and regulatory area. For example, deciding if the work quality, materials etc are acceptable and to specification. The post will give explanations of policy, procedures and regulations or resolve issues where doubt exists,The role will also be to maintain a formal and organised up-to-date electronic project file with weekly reports, emails, photos, minutes, certificates, drawings and any other relative site information, as well as keeping a daily diary monitoring site activities, inspecting works as various stages of construction and providing electronic reports on compliance with executive specification and regulations, as well as workmanship and materials.Essential Experience:A degree or equivalent qualification in a Technical/construction related discipline, plus 2 year's post qualification experiance in construction maintenanceORA BTEC higher cert or equiv in Technical.construction relations discipline, Plus 3 year's post qualification experience in construction maintenance.OR4 year's post qualification experience in construction maintenance.Please email your CV in Microsoft word format to Aoife by clicking on the link belowApplicants must ensure their CV is accurate and up to date.
