Quality Assurance Specialist

The clientThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to work within a rapidly expanding global leader committed to developing and manufacturing innovative solutions to deliver real-world healthcare solutions.The roleYou will have a key role in supporting the development and production of disease controlling products within a fast-paced GMP commercial manufacturing environment.You will be working within a dynamic cleanroom environment and will have a varied and challenging role, your daily duties and responsibilities including;Working with all stakeholder groups in the development, monitoring and improvement of site wide processes and procedures to ensure all product manufacture meets company and regulatory requirements.Ensuring all production throughput and quality is compliant with EU/FDA GMP for the manufacture and testing of pharmaceuticals.Undertaking a broad range of quality assurance activities including Risk assessments, CAPA, ECNs, complaint management, QMS data control, validation etcUndertaking, monitoring, review and reporting on all elements of productionBatch quality inspection, management and controlProviding specialist QA support across all stakeholder groups and functionsUndertake QA training and development within cGMPSupport management team in all internal and external quality auditsIdeally degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have a wealth of experience as a Quality Assurance specialist within a GMP manufacturing environment.You will be able to demonstrate a first-class working knowledge of managing all elements of QA for product manufacture within a dynamic fast paced manufacturing /production organisation.Previous experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.This is a genuinely outstanding role for an experienced Quality Assurance professional within a global leader and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package in conjunction with affording the opportunity to work within a highly collegiate environment.For further details or for an informal discussion, please call Ian Grant on 0141 410 1005 or email ian.grant@edenscott.com
