Working knowledge of construction and different types of materials would be advantageous and COINS experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Understands material wastage allowances and able to suggest improvements to save materials. Able to take off and schedule material quantities accurately;
Engineering service and construction estimates. Reviewing material requisitions against budget specifications. Control and management of materials on site.
Research and ordering of interiors and construction materials. The processing and recording of financial transactions. Someone who enjoys being part of a team.
