An ability to work without direct day-to-day supervision, but equally must be able to be a team player able to work effectively with colleagues.
Experience working on large civil scopes of work >+£10m overseeing design, construction and contractual requirements. Civil construction: 5 years (required).
Able to work occasional nights and weekend shifts. An ability to plan and organise works safely and efficiently. Proven personal and organisational skills.
Flexible Approach to work to suit the business needs. The Full time security officer should be able to work on own initiative.
