Experience of managing multiple medium/large sized retail fitout and construction projects in a fast paced working retail environment.
Dealing with incoming maintenance calls. Dealing with enquires from residents. Liaising with and supporting contractors.
BSc essential in a construction related discipline. Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. Prepare and agree final accounts.
6 months work fitting out new build apartments. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Carpenter.
