Looking for a competent property maintenance technician to maintain and repair residential mobile homes on a mobile home park in Tuffley, Gloucester. Will require domestic electrical experience/knowledge and other property maintenance skills like plumbing, woodwork, grounds work and buildings work.Will primarily be responsible for upgrading electrical installations in the homes and to the homes. (ie. replacement of consumer units, light and socket fittings, earth wiring etc.). Also possible refurbishment work to the homes like fitting of new kitchens and bathroom suites etc.
