Proven experience of undertaking plumbing tasks and other associated works e.g. Basic electrics, Carpentry, painting, etc. The ideal candidate will have:
A valid CSCS card, full PPE and own tools. The ability to reliably commute to the project. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary.
As you will know, photographing an old painting is particularly tricky given the varnish which can create glare. Part-time hours: 10 per week.
Completion of any minor remedial works required across the estate - including painting and general maintenance tasks.
