Property Litigation Solicitor NQ-5 PQE job - Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked Firm - Bath/Home-Working Your new company An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm who are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding, friendly team in Bath. The team are highly regarded and this is a great opportunity to develop your career within a vibrant firm. The team are all working remotely at present however the firm are committed to a mixture of remote and office working moving forward. Your new role You will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property disputes files, under supervision where appropriate, dealing effectively with cases and transactions. You will deal directly with clients to take instructions, research and draft articles and assist with the production of marketing material and begin to develop a network of clients, contacts and potential referrers and attend networking events. You will also delegate tasks to juniors where appropriate, and support and encourage their training and growth. What you'll need to succeed The firm are keen to hear from NQ-5 PQE solicitors who are able to prioritise a busy workload. You will ideally have experience within property disputes; if joining at the NQ level you will have ideally completed a seat in property disputes.
