This is a new opportunity due to increasing levels of work within their dedicated Property Dispute Resolution team, where you will be given the opportunity to develop your experience working closely with a range of clients, whether property developers, occupiers, or landlord clients, across a wide range of the various contentious issues which can affect their property portfolios. There is also the opportunity to get involved in some contentious planning law work if you want to so any experience/interest in this area, perhaps experience of planning appeals etc, would also be of definite interest to the team. The team can consider candidates just qualifying as full support, supervision and training will be provided.
