This reputed and well respected law firm is looking to build up its already strong litigation offering in Taunton and now seek a property litigator. You will be a reputed property litigator with broad experience handling renewals, boundary disputes, estoppel, rights of way and covenant disputes. This role will likely suit a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4-5 years PQE within property litigation. Perhaps your experience is more general litigation to include property litigation and you'd like to specialise purely in property litigation? This could be the role for you! You will be supported by an accomplished partner and will work closely with other departments particularly of course, the commercial & residential property team. You will all work closely together to cross refer work for your shared clients. The sky really is the limit with this role, you will receive ongoing training and development with a very structured career development path.
