This is an ideal opportunity to gain some experience in a city focussed firm that is top legal 500 in the regions. Work will include:Landlord and tenant disputes, including break notices, claims relating to breaches of lease covenants, including unauthorised assignments, sub-lettings and alterations, dilapidations, disputes relating to the interpretation of leases and service charge disputesDevelopment disputes including options and rights to light claims and other contractual disputes relating to commercial and residential propertyInsolvency matters with a property angle, including tenant insolvencyIssues around land ownership including adverse possession claims, boundary disputes, compulsory purchase, co-ownership disputes and dealing with squattersPublic and private rights over land including restrictive covenants, rights of way and other easements and rights of common (including town and village green applications)Professional negligence involving property professionalsTo be considered for this role, you will have a proven track record of dealing with a mix property litigation caseload from a respected regional or City firm.
