The role: - The property disputes solicitor will look after a varied caseload consisting of both residential and commercial property disputes. - Keep up to date with changes in the law. - Manage clients expectations and deliver exceptional customer service. - Participate in networking and business development. About you: - You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE within property disputes (or an NQ with a property litigation seat/strong property litigation background). - Be able to run your own case files. - Confident in business development with a strong commercial acumen.
