Project Manager Construction

Our client is a successful specialist Sub-Contractor with a track record of delivering a range of Projects mostly within Central Scotland.To support the ongoing delivery of projects and strategic business growth, they now require an experienced Project Manager” to join their existing delivery team.The successful candidate will have the following experience and abilities. * Minimum of 5-10 years with a recognised Building Contractor * Ability to use MS Project Planning software * Exposure to Externals / Roofing and Cladding works packages advantageous * Post contract delivery experience above min £500k value * Ability to effectively manage Site production, technical staff and sub-contractors * Ability to relate well to design teams and end clients * Commercial awareness to minimise risk to margin * You will control and report against Production, Quality and Safety criteria.The ideal candidate will be offered a permanent role within the business and will be involved in and benefits from the business growth over the coming years.Please submit your CV in confidence in the first instance
