Priding themselves on creating and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and sub-contractors alike the company receives a high volume of repeat business from existing clients and use many of the same sub-contractors. The company has secured over £500m worth of projects for 2021 with several of them schemes in Birmingham. As a result of this they are looking to expand their operational team and bring on an experienced and competent Project Manager.The roleAs a Project Manager you will take full responsibility for the overall delivery of a large construction project. You will be expected to successfully manage a full site team including: Site Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Design Managers. You will be given full autonomy to manage and fulfil the role whilst being provided with all the necessary funds and resources that you need in order to deliver the project. Typical roles and responsibilities may include: * Responsibility for overall management of programming. * Oversee the management of the day-to-day working on site. * Planning the delivery of the project at hand. * Oversee the Daily supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, sub-contractors, plant and materials including Information management /record keeping of all relevant paperwork. * Maintain strict quality control procedures, conduct regular site safety checks, Tool box talks and inductions.BenefitsYou will be given the opportunity to earn up to £85,000 per annum.
