Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading. Partner with the best As a Project Engineering Manager for the Controls group you will provide Technical Project Delivery across both requisition and NPI projects.The role provides a critical linkage between Engineering, Projects and Product Management. As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing leadership on assigned projects to ensure financial and contractual execution through established company proceduresDelivering professional, high quality results to customers (Internal and external)Supporting project proposal development including scope definition, configuration,implementation, tracking and control of projectsLeading engineering plan creation with engineering discipline managers and gain formal acceptanceEstimating budgets and track costs of projects, and is accountable for meeting project budget targetsLeading multi-disciplinary project team including coaching and technical direction to meet project deliverablesFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science based discipline or equivalent knowledge and experienceDemonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships with customersBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutionsHave experience in project engineering management or project leadership positionHave aptitude for learning new technology, techniques, methods and principlesHave practical knowledge of NPI and project requisition processesWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
