Job Title: Production Operative Location: Aston Clinton, HP22 5EW Rate: £10,50 p/h Shifts: 6am- pm – (fixed non rotating shift) Benefits: Health checks, Pension, Life cover & 33 Days Leave One of the world’s leading sustainable product manufacturers, Kingspan Environmental is currently looking for Multi skilled Operatives.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you're the right fit for this role before applying.This is a full-time permanent role based at their factory in Aston Clinton, within the Kingspan Water and Energy Team.The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping develop the Aston Clinton site, ensuring products are produced in a timely and cost-effective way.You will be involved in the direct or indirect manufacturing activities relating to the Kingspan product range of pollution control products.Kingspan manufacture equipment for water treatment and storage within the water business.The position of Multi Skilled Operative is multi-functional, although you may work in a permanent position within the factory, with a specific discipline as detailed below.Production Operative duties: Manufacture parts for septic tanks, plant products, separators and any new products or variations which may be introduced, to the standards defined within the specification and the company quality system.Laminating of glass reinforced components, which could include one or all of the following duties: spraying, laminating, mould preparation and repair.Press moulding of glass reinforced components, which could include one or all of the following duties: press operation, charge cutting, deflashing drilling and cutting.Resin transfer moulding of glass reinforced products, which could include one or all of the following duties: charge loading, equipment operation, demoulding, deflashing, first fit assembly.Product assembly of the full range of Kingspan products, which could include one or all of the following duties: reading of drawings, component assembly to finished goods, cutting, drilling, laminating, sub assembly of steel fabrications, rotors, separators valves, etc.Maintenance of equipment and work area.Production Operative criteria: Previous experience working as production operative within a manufacturing environment/ factory setting.Good Maths and English skills to GCSE or similar.Ability to accurately measure and document production activities.Holds a driver’s license and have access to their own transportation.Experience in working with fibreglass would be an advantage.Previous forklift training is desirable.*Send your CV for the Production Operative role via the Apply button! * Kingspan creates sustainable solutions for sourcing, storing, and protecting water and energy, supporting homes and businesses across the world.Our main goal- wherever we are- is to preserve and protect water and energy sources for future generations.For more information on the company:
