Temporary-to-PERMANENT Production VacancyOur client is offering candidates with Manufacturing or Production experience IMMEDIATE opportunities to join them with the view to becoming permanent with a blue chip, global company within 1 year.The Production Attendant's duties include working in a 24/7 production environment, meeting production targets, assisting efficient production by loading machinery with raw materials, conducting quality checks, unloading products, boxing produce, and ensuring a clean and safe workplace.The successful candidate will work a shift pattern with two weeks of days (0700-1900) and two weeks of nights (1900-0700) with 60 hours worked in weeks 1 and 3, and 24 hours worked in weeks 2 and 4 which equates to an average of 42 hours per week.The Production Attendant will work in our client's state-of-the-art production facility in Campsie, Derry and will benefit from daily health and well-being activities, structured training and development, free parking, a fantastic team, the opportunity to secure a permanent job, and a safe, modern, and clean production environment.Our client is globally-recognised as being at the top of their field, has an excellent development programme in place for all Production Attendants, values the health & safety of the staff on their site above all else, and is renowned for producing quality products of a very high standard.
