This local practice based in South Manchester who are recognised as having a strong local presence and a strong team with an outstanding client base are seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years' previous experience and the ability to work well with an existing client base. Ideally you will have gained your STEP accreditation. This role is to deal with a mix of wills, probate, LPA's, deputyship applications, estate administration & trusts, so prior experience of these will be essential. Experience of dealing with Court of Protection is also desired, although not essential. Many clients are wealthy and therefore you will be dealing with High Net Worth Estates with matters and assets that value into the £millions. This is specifically a part time opportunity and is for 3 days per week, with the possibility of working remotely 1 day per week. This role will also focus on fee earning and there will be no requirement for business development.  Salary for this role will be based on PQE level however will be in the realms of at £35,000 - £42,000 (Full Time Equivalent).
