This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive firm in Kent and be part of their future growth plans.The team deal with capital tax planning for HNW individuals, the preparation of Wills both complex and otherwise, estate administration, trust creation and administration, Court of Protection work and powers of attorney. An increase in work has meant the firm are keen to recruit an additional private client solicitor.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience dealing with a wide range of work including the preparation of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters. You must be a confident communicator and networker and be passionate about building on an established reputation for excellence.
