Our client, a Main Contractor, based in York, are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Pre-Construction Manager will be working primarily on new-build residential developments across the UK. The role will involve being based from the York office with the option for some home working. The successful candidate will be responsible for all matters relating to pre-construction for a number of developments. The Pre-Construction Manager will need to be experienced in all matters relating to pre-construction with a knowledge of residential developments.
